Henan BEBON Iron & Steel Co., Ltd was founded in 2000, which initially focus on providing high-quality steel products to serve for China's rapid infrastructure development. Based on the advantages of steel resources in domestic market and good reputation, combining with the huge international market demand for steel products, BEBON started the international business in 2010 and successfully being approved and certified by ISO9001:2008, the Registration number is 626014Q11531R0S. With the quality steel products and professional service, BEBON was award the international acclaim from infrastructure, shipbuilding, petroleum industry etc., and gradually grow into a bright star in the steel export industry .

BEBON is located in Zhengzhou, the important heavy industrial district of central China. You can visit our company very convenient, no matter you are in Beijing, Shanghai or Guangzhou.

With the exploration and innovation of Bebon people, BEBON gradually formed four major advantageous products: steel plate, steel pipe, stainless steel, special steel, and established our own Machining processing center in order to meet customer's diverse requirements.

Steel Plate:
Our mill has three production lines:
1).2500mm production line-(Width:1600-2300mm, Thickness:6-30mm,Annual capacity:1,600,000 Tons;
2).3500mm production line-(Width:2000-3050mm, Thickness:10-80mm, Annual capacity: 2,000,000 Tons;
3).4300mm production line-(Width:1500-4100mm, Thickness:6-300mm, Annual capacity: 1,800,000 Tons;

The weight of each steel ingot can achieve to 44 tons, which is on the leading level in China. In addition, we also have 1700mm production line for hot rolled coil (Width range:900-1550mm, Thickness range:1.2-25.4mm, Annual capacity:3,500,000 Tons).

The mainly steel plate we specialized in producing are shipbuilding steel, weathering resistant steel, boiler and pressure vessel steel, pipeline steel and so on. In addition, we can also arrange production according to the following standards - EN10025, EN10028, DIN 17100, ASTM A131, JISG3101, JISG3106...

Steel Pipe
We have 5 typical production lines, which can produce hot rolled Seamless, LSAW, ERW and SSAW pipes:
The Seamless pipe production line range is OD 10.3mm--965.2mm, wall thickness 1.0mm--120mm, Annual capacity is 500 thousand tons.
LSAW pipe production line range is OD 406mm--2500mm, wall thickness 6mm--50mm, Annual capacity is 150 thousand tons .
ERW pipe production line range is OD 17.1mm--660mm, wall thickness 0.6mm--22mm, Annual capacity is 100 thousand tons.
SSAW pipe production line range is OD 219.1mm--3500mm, wall thickness 3.2mm--25.4mm, Annual capacity is 200 thousand tons.

We can do shot blasting and anti-corrosion according to DIN 30670 for diameter 10mm-3500mm,which is the most advanced level in China. To guarantee the quality,we can do Hydraulic test, Ultrasonic Testing, X-Ray test and drop hammer test before each shipment.

BEBON Services

Base on production and stock advantages, BEBON has built our own Machining processing center, Our fabrication includes different types.

Steel surface treatment - such as steel pre-treatment (shot blasting and shop primer), Steel Galvanized;

Steel structure processing - such as cutting, drilling, milling, turning, bending, welding and so on. BEBON has the ability to produce various steel structural parts. At the same time, We can design the drawing according to the requirements of customer and do the processing in accordance with the drawings.

Heat treatment services - such as annealing, normalizing, hardening, tempering, hardening and tempering, solution treatment etc. And we can also do heat treatment according to the customer's requirements.

BEBON can offer our own complete logistic systematic services, which includes transportation, customs clearance and inspect before shipment... the whole operation process can work out more convenient, more accurate and more speedy service for all of our clients.

BEBON machining center has about 1000 staffs, which includes 360 technicians, 28 engineers, 6 senior welder, 15 professional.
